An extreme colon cleanser will actually remove about 10-20 pounds worth of toxic waste that literally gets built up into our large intestines and affects our nervous system. Now, while prevention of colon cancer is important, it’s not as simple as having a regularly cleansed colon to stop that from happening. If you’ve never had your colon cleansed before, then I highly reccommend that everybody should have one. You should really sit down and think to yourself about just how old you are. If you’ve never gotten your colon cleansed before, then you literally have 20 or 30 years worth of bacteria and toxins built up in your large intestines. That’s a lot of food you’ve eaten over those many years.

Even if you don’t get an extreme colon cleanser like I did, you should talk with your doctor about finding the best alternative that fits you, just for your health’s sake.
